Where to go in October for a honeymoon?

My fiance and I are having the worst luck finding a place for our honeymoon. Our wedding is October 11 2025. Our honeymoon dates are October 20-30th 2025. We originally wanted to do Italy… but next year is Jubilee year and will be jam packed, so that's out of the question. Then we looked at Greece, but found out that pretty much all of the islands close down for winter and the weather is not the best, so that's also out of the question. I just spent all day organizing a Switzerland itinerary, and found out that October is one of the rainiest months in Switzerland and everyone is advising not to spend our honeymoon there. The main reason we really wanted to do Europe and not an all inclusive resort in the Caribbean is because we will be trying to have kids right after the wedding and it would be a lot harder and expensive to bring kids to Europe rather than a resort. But it seems like Europe just sucks in October. I live in northeast America and it's 70 degrees and sunny right now in October so it's shocking to me that so many European countries have such drowsy weather. Please give me any recommendations you might have for European countries and cities to visit for a honeymoon before I give up and settle for an all inclusive!
