We are currently deciding between Greece and Tuscany for our honeymoon and have been a little discouraged by the prices of the resorts and hotels. Maybe I watch too much tv but I didn’t look into Airbnb at first because I’m just paranoid about staying in someone’s home in a foreign country, idk lol. But we were just looking and the prices are so cheap! Relatively speaking. We can stay in an Airbnb for an entire week for the same price as one night in some of these resorts. This would be during peak season as well! So what is the catch? I know we’d have to figure out our own food and drinks but we’re more than ok with that. What am I missing that I should consider?
