Will we regret not doing all-inclusive

Hello!! Me and my fiance are wanting to do either Italy or Greece for our honeymoon. As I’m planning, I’m wondering will we regret not doing the tropical allinclusive/sandals type properties? We want to really relax. I LOVE the idea of going to Europe and how different it is than the tropical locations. But I’m thinking will I regret not being able to just have unlimited food/drinks? I want to relax but I don’t want to have to worry about where we’re gonna get our meals. Help us out
