Winter honeymoon NOT in the tropics

Hi,

My husband and I are FINALLY going on our honeymoon for our 10 year anniversary. Better late than never right 😆😮‍💨? Here's the thing though. We want to go on our anniversary in January (MLK weekend). However, we can't go anywhere hot. I have a medical condition that makes me very heat intolerant (POTS, if anyone is curious). So no tropics, beach or desert. We want something that is all inclusive. Primarily lodging and food, but the more perks the better. We'd really like to go north to see the northern lights (we're in Michigan) but that's not a deal breaker. Budget is 8k-10k max. Also considering Northern Europe/Scandinavia depending on $$.

Summary: January All inclusive Somewhere cool-cold Would like to go north, either Canada, Alaska (or Scandinavia depending on costs). Budget $8-$10k Cruises are fine, but most only travel in the south during the winter (understandably)

We've found a couples resort in Ontario and a Viking cruise around Norway. But I'm trying to find other options please .

Thank you!
