Winter Honeymoon Recommendations?

Hello! My soon-to-be husband and I are getting married this winter and were looking at honeymoon options. Neither of us are huge beach people but I'm definitely willing to consider it 🙂 We're thinking all-inclusive but again, totally open to it all now. I feel like there is so much out there but does anyone have any recommendations for a nice spot of winter travel? Thanks!
