2-week Honeymoon to Spain & Italy in Late October

Hi everyone!

I'm planning a 2-week honeymoon: Week 1 is Spain and Week 2 is Italy.
I need recommendations of how we should plan our trip. Some of the places on our list are Barcelona, Mallorca, Seville, Tuscany, Amalfi, etc.
Thinking of flying into Barcelona, and then flying out of Rome at the end (since we're visiting from Seoul)
Any recommendations on how we should plan our trip or places we should visit?
Want a good balance of touring and relaxation, and of course the best food places. We also both love wine.
