4-5 day mini-moon recommendations

Hey everyone, thanks for the time in reading this and listing your recommendations

My fiancé and I currently live in Denver and are looking to get away from a wed>Sunday for a couple of day on the beach with the only agenda of staying on said beach! (Okay a golf course nearby would be cool too!)

We are looking for a place that is romantic and quiet located on the beach. Big focus on great food and drinks. Not looking to spend one of our days traveling. Our budget is right around $8k.

One of us is hard against going to Mexico, because we already make a trip once a year as it is, but open to anything that fits.
