6 month European Honeymoon

Hello everyone! I'm a Québec 🇨🇦 teacher and I've been planning to take a 6-month sabbatical (off work) from February-July 2027. My partner and I are getting married in 2025 so that gives us over a year to plan our European Honeymoon! My dream is to essentially live in different European countries and cities over the 6 months! Looking for your recommendations on places to stay and activities to do from February-July! I'd love for our stay to be a mix of country quiet living and also hustle and bustle in the city!

Some ideas that we have: – April-May: Tulip Farms in Holland (~Amsterdam) I love tulips and flowers!

• Visit South of France, Greece, Italy (open to historical sites and small towns, beach towns) I have ancestry from Greece and Italy so I would love to visit those countries!

Q10: Are there any Greek or Italian cities/islands that close down during the winter months? When do they open for summer? I read around March – is that accurate?
