$8,500 budget, December, HELP

Hello! My husband and I got married in August and want to take a honeymoon in December. Our work lives have been incredibly busy so we haven’t been able to plan anything yet but would ideally like to go somewhere before the end of the year.

I know it’s extremely last minute, but any recommendations for something in the $8,000-$10,000 range (including flights)? We went to an all-inclusive in Mexico called Xcaret earlier this year and loved it. Would like to go somewhere warm where there’s opportunity to both relax and adventure. Anywhere with amazing views, good amenities, nice weather and fun things to do?
