Adventure honeymoon ideas

My partner and I are looking to go on a 2-3 week honeymoon in September/October 2025 and can't decide where to go. We are both active and outdoorsy people who struggle to lay on the beach for more than an hour before getting antsy. We live in northern Canada and are looking to go somewhere warm where we can visit museums, go on hikes, try new things, and experience a new culture. We have brainstormed a few destinations: Tanzania, Colombia, Portugal… but would love to hear about people's trips and receive some suggestions! As for budget, we are looking at the $10-$15k range.
