Adventurous Honeymoon Ideas

Hi r/honeymoonplanning! FH and I are getting married in early September 2021 and hoping to do a short (5 day) honeymoon trip right after our wedding. We are located on the east coast of the US so unfortunately this takes destinations like Hawaii off the table given the tight schedule. We’re adventurous, love national parks, hiking, and the outdoors- we’re definitely not the type to stay at a resort pool all day! We’d love to do something adventurous while still ~treating ourselves~ a bit by staying somewhere nice with great food and drinks. We’ve looked into a number of ranches in Montana/Wyoming but it seems that most require a 1 week stay or are fully booked. Any recommendations welcome, I would love to hear your thoughts!
