Advice on honeymoon?

My fiancée and I were just in a car crash. I was driving and they hit me on the drivers door. We get married Saturday and will hopefully be ok for that, just no partying. The issue that comes up is the honeymoon. It cost us about $8000 and only the flight is refundable (about $2300) other than using this as an example of why to get insurance for your honeymoon, advice would be appreciated on what to do. Also, work won’t let me switch my PTO even if I felt able to go in and could get a refund on the honeymoon. Thanks in advance!
