Affordable Winter Honeymoon

My future husband and I are not beach people. Sweat, humidity and heat are not our thing. We're getting married in October(2025) next year and are planning to go to cold places for our honeymoon.

He's a US national and I'm a Pakistani so we definitely need to plan early so my passport doesn't mess things up, and we also need to save up. We'll be in a LDR for 2 years till that point, and would like to have a good time together.

What cities/countries would you recommend for a romantic Autumn/Winter honeymoon? Not necessarily snowy areas or mountaineous regions, we can also do beaches that are not very hot. We like wind and a little chill. We'd also prefer to visit more than one destination.

We're looking for hotels/eateries/things to do together and any muslim friendly travel advice(halal restaurants although I do understand those are difficult and aren't a hard limit).

We'd also like some advice on getting our money's worth. Honeymooners are a common target for tourist traps.

Please also let us know what the trip would cost according to you. The budget is around 10-15k and ideally 15-20 days.
