All-Inclusive Honeymoon for July

Hey all, fiance and I are planning our honeymoon for early July '22 (we're a bit behind so looking to book something relatively soon). Our current wishlist is:

-All inclusive, adult-only, beachfront property
-Decent selection for resort dining/food and room service
-Some options for off-resort excursions or safe, local off-site attractions
-Nice beach would be a plus, but we realize based on the time of year, we might have some so-so conditions (seaweed, rain, etc.)
-A plunge pool would be a nice to have
-Nice resort pools as we plan on chilling at/around the pool for a decent amount of time

Our budget is $6-8k all in, planning 8-10 nights and flying out of Philly, dates are July 5-13, but we're flexible around that time. We've previously stayed at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana, and were very happy with the resort and amenities, so we're partial to Secrets properties. We had a plunge pool there and it spoiled us a bit, so we'd love to find a place with a private pool in our room, but we know our options may be limited there. If we select a Secrets property, we'd go with Preferred Club as we liked the additional amenities at our last stay with them.

We've zoned in on a few Mexico locations- Cancun, Riviera Maya and Los Cabos, as well as Montego Bay in Jamaica. The properties we've looked at for contenders are:

-Secrets Maroma Beach
-Secrets Akumal
-Unico 2087
-Secrets Playa Mujeres
-Secrets Puerto Los Cabos
-Secrets Wild Orchid/St. James (Wild Orchid seems better reviewed)
-Iberostar Grand Rose Hall
-Marquis Los Cabos (looks like we can get a plunge pool room there, but a lot of people say Le Blanc is significantly better)

I've also checked out Sandals resorts, but they look mostly booked up. Additionally, I know Le Blanc, both Cancun and Cabo, are very highly rated and look to be somewhat within budget so still have those under consideration. Couples in Jamaica is another one, but again a lot is booked up so limited room options there, but still a possibility.

Would love to hear any thoughts/feedback on any properties or suggestions for anything we haven't looked at
