All inclusive or book separately?

Hey yall! My SO and I can't decide if going all inclusive is the best option for our honeymoon or if booking everything separate would be better. I feel like all inclusive would be easier and less stressful. Can I hear yalls experiences? I was also thinking about saving money and just eloping wherever we go rather than paying for both a wedding and a honeymoon. Thanks in advance😊
