All-Inclusive recommendations Aug/Sept 2025 for an introverted couple

My fiancee and I are at the honeymoon-planning phase of our wedding planning, and we're overwhelmed with options that we think it's both hard to be wrong and wanting to be "right". Some quick notes we've come up with:

Something all-inclusive. We want to relax and go at our own pace for the honeymoon. We'd prefer a resort that have some low-activity activities (movie nights, any type of live talent performance, arcade would be awesome) offered as well. We are pretty introverted so while we want the option to do things, we don't want to have a strict itinerary to follow.

We both like shopping/exploring, and importantly eating. A resort that has transport available to and from a shopping center, or fantastic restaurants (or at-resort dining, especially if included) is a huge bonus.

We'd be leaving from a metro-airport in the midwest US. Ideally travel wouldn't take up TOO much of a day (we thought about somewhere like New Zealand or Thailand but the distance is too far). Caribbean, Mexico, Jamaica are most of what we've come across.

Our budget is around 10K for ~7 days (ideally including travel). 4-5 days at a super high class, perfect resort. 10 days at cheaper one. You get it

Neither of us are particularly well-traveled and aren't sure what is a "good deal" since expensive =/= better and cheaper =/= worse. Any general advice is also welcome!
