All inclusive, tropical, 7-night stay under $7K?

Hi everyone,

Would love to have resort suggestions for a tropical, all inclusive, 7-night stay under $7K? We have been looking at the Excellence El Carmen in Punta Cana vs Xcaret in Mexico but would be open to any suggestions.

EDIT: Departing from Phoenix, AZ. Looking for March 2023.

Most important factors: 1) Great food. 2) Lots of activities. 3) Romantic private rooms, with a nice sized bathtub inside and a great view? 4) Great service and hospitality.
