All-inclusive water villa (Asia-pacific)

My fiancee and I are planning our honeymoon for April 2024. We would like to stay for five nights in an over-water villa with an all-inclusive package. We are flying from Meblurne, Australia so it isn't worth flying to the Maldives for such a short time.

Are there any resorts in pacific regions like Malaysia, Fiji, Samoa, the Philippines, New Caledonia, etc that have all-inclusive packages for <1000AUD per night? Am I kidding myself with that price? It's been really hard to find all-inclusive water villas in these areas in my attempts.
