Alternative Honeymoon Planning! NEED HELP

We originally had planned a $7,000+ honeymoon to Paris then traveling throughout Italy in middle of June 2021. It was going to be our legitimate DREAM of a honeymoon. Two travel planners broke the harsh news to us that this would not be possible this summer. Heartbroken and pissed. Now onto Plan B –

We have already traveled throughout the Caribbean (San Juan, Puerto Rico, Turks & Caicos, and St. Thomas) and Mexico together. Beaches are boring to us & we love adventuring/sight-seeing. We both sunburn super easily and agree that spending thousands to be miserable at a nice beach resort isn’t the way we want to kick off our marriage. We are willing to travel outside the US or stay within the states, but have no clue where to start on a new location. Please help us out as we are down the wire with having to decide and book something ASAP!
