Alternatives to honeymoon in Turkey

My fiancé and I were planning to go to Turkey this summer for our honeymoon. Given the unfortunate circumstances, we’ve decided it would be best to visit at another time.

We’re also visiting Greece on our HM so relaxation and laying by the ocean is covered off. Turkey was going to be the more adventurous portion – hot air balloon in Cappadocia, exploring the streets of Istanbul, Ephesus, etc

What are some alternative suggestions you’d recommend?
