Any idea for a November European honeymoon?

My fiance and I plan on honeymooning next November and wanted to do two weeks in Europe. Our first thought was to split it up between parts of Switzerland and Northern Italy. Doing a little research, we found some info that said Switzerland could be quiet in November, with many hotels and restaurants being closed. Anyone have experience with Switzerland this time of year? Or any european trip in November? Thanks!
