Any ideas for a late December honeymoon?

Hi there. My wife and I were just married and we’re looking to go on a 2 week honeymoon in late December 2023, when work is slow for both of us. We live in Los Angeles and have a $7k budget.

We’d like to go somewhere romantic and memorable, where there’s lots to do and explore, the weather is hospitable, and there are lots of opportunities to experience local culture.

We’re wide-open for ideas, and really appreciate that you’re taking the time to help us plan our honeymoon.
