Any Recommendations? (MX/Caribbean)

hi! my fiancé and i are looking to honeymoon mid august and i’m totally overwhelmed with options, albeit i just started. wondering if anyone has a glowing recommendation!

-budget ~8k> including flights -looking to stay 7-9 days -mostly looked at cancun, DR, & jamaica but open to anything if it fits this description (slight preference for jamaica out of the three bc we haven’t been there but that preference is low on the list) WANTS: 1. great food! 2. AI, adult only 3. nice atmosphere, romantic 4. clean, great service 5. cool, romantic rooms available within budget
