Anyone’s thoughts on Hotel Xcaret ?

We are getting married in April, and I've been looking for a tropical honeymoon location for about a month now. Many resorts in the carribean look about the same when it comes to what they offer, but I came across Hotel Xcaret and it looks like an experience like no other resort I've come across. If any of you have been here already, please give me your honest thoughts. We are looking for something that's relaxing, luxurious but also adventurous which is why Hotel Xcaret has caught our eye. Any alternative suggestions are welcome.
