Hi there – getting married at the beginning of April and truly all over the place in trying to make a honeymoon decision. We were narrowing in on South Africa or Namibia but… covid… again.
Now I’m not sure if we should just plan domestic or go with Europe.
We’re in the US Northeast and fairly adventurous. Been thinking about Lake Tahoe, Jackson Hole and Maine or if we did Europe, Switzerland. Budget is flexible. For Africa, we’d been thinking about 10 nights and safari, so I think any of the domestic options will be 10-30% cheaper for the same timeframe, given the 30 hour travel time that you also have to account for.
Advice, ideas, suggestions, emotional support? Here for it all.
