Argentina!

Hi we are planning on going to Argentina for our honeymoon Jan 2023.

I am nervous about Covid ramping up again around Dec/Jan and travel restrictions. So far it just seems like we would need proof of insurance and a test before. Any advice to ease my mind?

Also we are most interested in food, drinking and hiking. Rough plan is to split time between Buenos Aires, Mendoza then somewhere to hike. What would you recommend? Hiking while in Mendoza, El Charlton, north near Salto?
