August wedding what’s to avoid melting

We aren’t getting married until August 2025, but i am a planner. My fiance retired from the Navy after 22 years and want to immediately go on a honeymoon to celebrate his retirement and our wedding .

It has always been my dream to visit Greece, but now that I’m actually starting to do research , it will be HOT and he get grumpy when it’s hot lol

So i need your help , as i haven’t traveled a lot . We are having our first big trip in a few months for our engagement pictures abd to celebrate my 40th. We are staying at an amazing resort in Cancun . We are super open, but here is some info

-Traveling out of Seattle. We would love to avoid being on a plane the entire day . -6-7 nights – nowhere cold lol – All inclusive would be a bonus
