Belize, Costa Rica, or Puerto Vallarta – honeymoon in January

Hi All,

We are starting to plan our honeymoon for January. We are thinking of going to Belize or Puerto Vallarta or Costa Rica. We are thinking about a week.

Preferences:

Hoping to mostly relax on the beach
Eat tasty food
Some activities- zip lining, maybe sky diving, rainforests or jungles, water activities, or waterfalls, maybe see a show

We prefer to not do all-inclusive resorts.
