Belize Trip Help

Hi all, not sure if this is the correct place to post this but my fiancée and I are planning our honeymoon trip and need help. We have a budget of $4000, and want to go to an all inclusive in Belize. We have passports, and we both have Feb. 20th – 24th taken off from work. Is this feasible? Also any suggestions, tips, etc are GREATLY appreciated as we are extremely overwhelmed with this.
