Best beach locations for November 2023 honeymoon?

Hi all! We live in the mid-Atlantic in the US and are getting married in October 2023. We plan to leave for our honeymoon on Halloween (this is somewhat flexible), so we'd be on our honeymoon the first week and a half of November. We're thinking an all inclusive in either the Caribbean or Mexico but we're open (maybe Costa Rica? Hawaii?) if anyone has other ideas.

So far we've looked at St. Lucia, Playa Mujeres (specifically Excellence/Secrets), Grenada (Sandals), and Jamaica. I went to DR recently so I'd prefer to not go there again.

We'd like to stay under $10,000.
