Best Europe honeymoon destinations for late October?

My fiance and I are trying to plan our honeymoon for later October 2025. We originally wanted Italy, but then found out that next year is Jubilee year and will apparently be packed. So we started looking into Greece but then discovered that a lot of the islands close down at the end of September. We really want to do a Europe trip because we are going to try to start having babies right after the wedding so it’s kind of a now or never (or not for awhile) type of trip. I’m looking into doing Switzerland for a week and Ireland for a week but I just don’t know! We would’ve loved Greece because it’s a place that you can sit by the beach and relax and then ferry a few hours and tour some historic art. We were hoping to have that balance but we just have to accept that Europe in late October is going to be hard to find a hotter place. Any recommendations to any great places to visit for a honeymoon?
