Best October destination

Hi all,

Unfortunately, had to move my wedding back due to family health issues. Now looking at a honeymoon in October and was wondering what people would suggest is a good destination.

Looking for a relaxed destination with nice restaurants and sights, for one week. Flight would be from Istanbul.

Any recommendations in Italy? Would Santorini still be a good bet?
