Best places to honeymoon in the fall?

My partner and I are coming up on needing to plan our honeymoon, and he’s pretty much leaving it up to me to choose where we go. His family is very well off so he’s been to a lot of incredible destinations, while I have had the exact opposite experience. What are some beautiful destinations for the fall season? I’d love a beachy area, but am open to anything! For reference we are from the United States!
