Best way to travel from Sevilla to Fes?

Going for my honeymoon in September. Doing a week in Spain and one more in Morocco. We decided not to travel too much and are taking on two cities in each country (with plenty of day trips of course). Spain: Barca & Sevilla, Morocco: Fes & Marrakesh.

Plan is to fly into Barcelona, train or car to Sevilla and then somehow get to Fes. We will be taking the Ferry across the Strait of Gibralter but I’d be interested in any advice on this.
