Boutique Caribbean All Inclusive Recommendations

Hi! I'm getting married April 2023 and am looking for honeymoon advice. We would like to go somewhere in the Caribbean (only places we won't go are Mexico and Dominican Republic – we've both been there a ton) but are looking for smaller/boutique/luxury resorts. Design is really important to me, so looking for something with a good aesthetic. I've seen so many places that look great, but the rooms look like they are straight out of the 90s. So far I'm looking at Cocos Hotel and Hammock Cove in Antigua and Excellence Oyster Bay in Jamaica (a little bigger than I'd like but looks gorgeous).

Am I missing anything great? Would like to stay under $1500/night. Thanks!
