Boutique/Smaller All-Inclusives in the Caribbean?

Hi – honeymooning in September and looking for any good experiences at a more boutique all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean! We're not loving what we're finding at Sandals/Secrets/Riu options and want to really relax and enjoy. We're pretty picky eaters and a good beach is a must. Any good ideas/testimonials for resorts maybe not talking about too much in forums/online?

• Good food (I know all-inclusives means not gourmet)
• Not Jamaica or Mexico
