Budget for Paris/Amalfi Coast

Hello! My fiance and I are planning a honeymoon for next summer. Flights and accommodations aside we’re trying to determine how much we’ll spend each day. Mainly food, transportation and some activities (maybe a boat day). We will be in Paris 3 days and Amalfi 7. We do enjoy food so plan to eat at Michelin star a couple times but most times just local place. We were thinking $500 total a day. Does this seem realistic?
