budget friendly, all inclusive resort recommendations?

hi everyone! me and my fiancé are planning our 2026 elopement/honeymoon and we need recommendations! we have never traveled by plane or gone out of the country together so we’re a little nervous. we are looking for beach resorts that are relatively affordable and all inclusive. we were looking at sandals resorts in st lucia but i am not sure if they have the energy we are looking for. we want a resort that feels romantic but one that also allows for a little foolishness since we both love to drink and dance. any recommendations?
