Budget Friendly Honeymoon destinations for December

I am planning on applying for the Delta Skymiles card and then paying for my honeymoon with it to cash in on the bonus miles offer. We are getting married in December and plan to Honeymoon the week before Christmas. We are both college students so a car rental is not an option. We also don't drink very much alcohol but an all-inclusive does sound nice to not worry about any hassle of finding places to eat. We also have thought about a cruise. Any suggestions or tips? We are located in the Western US. Our budget is ~$3k but less would certainly be amazing!
