Cancun resorts recommendation for partying with friends

Hi! Me and my husband would like to go to a resort with our group of friends. Last year we went to Riu and although we overall enjoyed it, we didn't like their food and wished their night shows were more entertaining. I've heard good things about Secrets, Excellence resorts, etc.

We want a resort that has a good party vibe, great food, and amazing accommodation.

We are looking into Cancun, Isla Mujeres or anywhere in that area so if you could please give me recommendations, I'd really appreciate it!
