Caribbean all inclusive in September

Looking for help picking an all inclusive destination for a honeymoon in mid- late sept 2020. We were thinking Negril, and our budget is around 4-5k all in with flights. Only place we don’t wanna go is DR. Any help or recommendations is appreciated
