Caribbean or Mexican all inclusive with a Fiji/Bora Bora feel?

Looking for an all inclusive in the Caribbean or Mexico that has the same luxury, blue water, somewhat secluded feel like Fiji or bora bora. Great food and nice views are important to us! Any recommendations? We’ve been looking mainly through Costco travel. Thanks
