Cat Phobia

Hello!

Im planning a late October/early November honeymoon trip. Currently choosing between Tanzania and Mexico. However, I have an extreme phobia of cats. Could anyone here who has been to any of the 2 countries tell me about the street and feral cat situation there. As visiting a country with lots of street cats could ruin the whole trip for me.
