Clubbing 1 year anniversary and honeymoon

My husband and I got married last fall. We did not have any more vacation time to start our honeymoon right after. And then life kinda got in the way due to some major restructuring at both our workplaces. Now, we want to plan our honeymoon (which might be a little late) so we are planning to club it with our 1 year anniversary. Are there any resorts that offer honeymoon discounts/packages within the 1 year time frame in Mexico?
