Could use some suggestions. Honeymoon in October, preferably around the Caribbean

So the fiancé and I are wanting to go somewhere tropical in or around the Caribbean in October. However, we also would love for it to be all inclusive. But we are having trouble finding a location that doesn’t require a passport since neither of us have one nor are we trying to get one at the time. Any help would be great!

Also cruises. We’ve never been on them and are hesitant. Mainly from all of the stories you hear about entire ships getting sick and or unsure if we’d get sea sick. Have y’all done them and recommend them? If so, which cruises would be best that you’d recommend?
