Covid Honey Moon in the (eastern) U.S.

Not sure this is the right place for this post, but I'll give it a shot.

We had to cancel our wedding due to obvious reasons, but still will have some sort of small ceremony. Ideally we would like to do either a road trip or cabin in the woods, some sort of safe, relaxing, getaway to celebrate our marriage without having to think about covid (too much). We talked about places in Maine, cabin in the woods in W. Virginia, Michigan lakes, etc.

Would love some advice, tips, or suggestions.
