Cruise line recommendations Greece/Italy/Croatia?

April/May 2023 Greece/Italy/Croatia area any cruise line recommendations?

Also is now too early to book? 10 months in advance?

I planned on deciding about 6 months before and booking but we were also looking into Maui and some hotels there are already sold out of the oceanfront rooms, same with Sandals La Toc.
