December Caribbean honeymoon

So we are looking to take our delayed honeymoon this December/January and are looking for advice on where to go.

I think we’re going to prefer all inclusive and probably for about a week.

We’re more into great food/drinks than doing water activities (although we’d maybe like boat tours or something like that, just not really swimmers)

Great site seeing would be a plus but not a necessity.

Adults only would be another plus but also not a necessity.

And we’d be looking at 5-6k budget, but can spring for a little more if the place is absolutely worth it.

Any advice on places would be great, thanks!
