Destination help!

Hello! My fiancé and I are wanting to go an all inclusive somewhere nice and tropical anywhere between a week and 10 days in December of 2023. I don’t want to go to Cancun because I’ve been there quite a few times, but I like the vibe of the city as it is quite built up and you’re okay to leave the resort to go shopping, etc and don’t necessarily feel unsafe. Does anyone have any destinations/hotels that are similar? We would like somewhat of a party vibe – nothing crazy but we don’t want to be laying around the beach the whole time we are there. I also just went to Punta Cana in December so don’t want to go there either.
