Destination ideas for a polar opposite couple??

My fiancé and I are planning to elope in 2024 to allow us to have a grand honeymoon. We agree on essentially everything in life, except we are 2 types of travelers. He is adventurous and wants surfing, snorkeling/scuba, volcano tours, etc. So he is pushing Hawaii. I am the opposite, wanting to relax and unwind, have spa treatments, nice dinners, etc. in a new destination for me. Somewhere in Europe preferably.

Does anyone have any recommendations of destinations that combine both? Half adventure half pure relaxation? I have been to Hawaii before and was hoping for something less touristy/more serene.
